Pizza Rustica Quiche

Ingredients

1/4 pound ham
1/4 pound salami
1/4 pound presciuto
broccoli flowerets -- cooked
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
3 eggs
deep dish pie crust shell

Instructions

Heat oven 350 degrees. Chop meat in small pieces. In a large bowl mix all
ingredients together. Pour mixture in a pie shell and bake 1 hour. Shut
oven off and open oven door; leave pie in for 1 hour.
